I spend most of my days designing in a zombie like trance, while thinking in pictures. I had studied tradition and flash animation early on, but finished my journey with graphic and web design. Over the last 6 years in the design field, I have been fortunate to work with some fantastic clients and companies on many award winning projects. My work began and continued in Tampa, Florida. I started as an 2-D animator/designer, and then moved into marketing and web design. My work places have ranged from high-end law firms to marketing design companies, in graphic designer, web designer and SEO specialist positions.
I am well versed in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XHTML, and CSS. I have professional design experience with search engine friendly websites, and build those using best practices and the latest valid W3C web standard guidelines.
I have extensive knowledge in the planning, design and development of a project and understand the process from the perspective of a designer and user.
With this expertise, I can provide a mixture of meticulous designs & integrated brand strategies. My design vision goes beyond conventional methods. By instituting a beautifully well-designed concept, I produce modern results that deliver.
Q: How long have you been a Designer?
A: Over 6 years.
Q: Do you have a degree?
A: I have a Bachelor of Computer Science, with a major in Graphic Design, from International Academy of Design. I also have attended the University of Tampa for Marketing.
Q: How do you handle creative block?
A: I use several methods to unblock my creative block. The main method is having lunch and then a walk around Ybor City. There is something about the architecture and the essence of the city. Ybor is an old but very trendy area with a melting pot of people and businesses. I am always bound to see something new and inspiring!
